To request an exchange, email soleabytheresa@hotmail.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging intact.
• Exchanges must be requested within the same day of receiving your order.
• Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For Cancellation Policy

At Soleabytheresa, each piece is made with care. We accept order cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at soleabytheresa@hotmail.com so we can process your request.

Please note: After 48 hours, we are unable to cancel orders as processing begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
